Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager to join Shady Grove Fertility in Westshore, Florida. This role focuses on coordinating care, educating patients, and collaborating with a national network of physicians.

The candidate will manage treatments, communicate with physicians, and provide compassionate patient support within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and treat fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans; provide direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders, instructions, and lab results with interpretation.
• Create a compassionate environment by supporting patients and families.
• Document patient care services in patient and department records

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Westshore, Florida.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM through 4:00 PM; with a weekend and holiday rotation

This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
