Job summary

Everleap Fertility is seeking a Field Rep./Physician Liaison in Somerset, NJ to educate physicians about fertility services and grow the referral network. You will travel across Somerset, Springfield, West Orange and surrounding areas, engaging staff and physicians to drive referrals and improve patient access.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2 years of sales experience, and proximity to the territory. Salesforce CRM usage and a focus on relationship building are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum sales experience preferred.
• Healthcare-related sales experience preferred.
• Ideal candidate resides near the assigned territory.
• Must have reliable transportation and be flexible with driving a large territory.
• College education required; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Routinely visits local physician community (in-person and virtual) to educate staff and build referrals.
• Builds relationships with OB/GYN, PCP, Endocrinology, Urology and Oncology providers and staff.
• Advocates for better communications with physicians and patient needs.
• Acts as Operations Liaison to referring MD offices.
• Logs visit information in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinates physician-education marketing activities.
• Manages booth presence at events/conferences in the local market.
• Keeps collateral up to date and monitors field trends.
