Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility invites a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Arizona team in Scottsdale or Glendale. This full-time onsite role focuses on fertility care, patient consultations, and treatment planning.

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, triaging OB cases, supporting patients, and coordinating care with EMR documentation. The ideal candidate has PA licensure, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• PA with active state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical healthcare experience.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and triage complex OB cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
• Manage fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Triage complex OB cases and provide patient counseling and support.
• Coordinate care with providers and EMR documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education.
