Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our New York team on a full-time, onsite basis, Monday through Friday. The PA will conduct fertility evaluations, manage ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF protocols, perform ultrasounds and OB triage, and provide patient education and support.

Strong autonomy and collaborative teamwork are essential. Requirements include NY state PA licensure and at least 1 year of clinical experience; women's health

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA) with active NY state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Salary range: $120,000 to $160,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
• Manage fertility treatments (ovulation induction, IUI, IVF).
• Perform ultrasounds and OB monitoring.
• Triage complex OB cases.
• Educate patients on treatments and care plans.
• Coordinate care with other providers and EMR documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
