Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Chicago, IL is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to support fertility patients across our multidisciplinary team. This full-time, onsite role involves triage of OB cases, fertility evaluations, and coordinating care with physicians, nurses, and staff.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with occasional weekend/holiday coverage. The ideal candidate has an IL PA license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and BLS; women’s health background

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) with IL state license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• Women’s health background is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and patient counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage OB cases and ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
