Job summary

Aspire HFI - Tomball is seeking a friendly, experienced Fertility Patient Care Coordinator. You will handle initial patient contact after physician consultation and coordinate prescreening for IUI, IVF, and other treatment cycles.

You will be the primary contact to ensure pre-screening documentation, testing, and consults are completed, working with admin, genetics, and third-party clinical staff. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–5 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable experience in reproductive medicine.
• At least 1 year of Medical Administrative experience required.
• Fertility experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer/return patient calls and portal messages and answer questions or forward as appropriate.
• Schedule all appointments for blood work, semen analysis, uterine evaluations, genetic counseling, nurse consults.
• Act as liaison with the business office to raise awareness of insurance-related issues.
• Obtain proper consents for all treatment.
• Maintain documentation between physician consult and start of treatment cycles for admin tracking.
• Maintain patient records, charts and pertinent information.
