Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Washington, with open clinic locations in Seattle and surrounding areas. The role is full-time and onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.

The PA will work in a multidisciplinary fertility program, conducting consultations, managing fertility treatments, and triaging obstetric cases. Strong communication skills and autonomy are essential, with a salary range of $130,000–$180,000

Qualifications

• PA with an active WA state RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and triage complex OB cases.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform diagnostic procedures including ultrasounds and monitoring.
• Triages OB cases including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education.

About the Role

The Physician Assistant (PA) position at Pinnacle Fertility offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of a fertility patient’s journey toward parenthood. We are seeking an experienced PA who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington, we have open positions at our Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, Kirkland, Bellevue , and Spokane clinic locations.This is afull-time, onsite positionwith a schedule ofMonday through Friday, and anoccasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Physician Assistant (PA) with an active WA state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
