Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Akron, OH seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team delivering fertility care. The NP will conduct consultations, manage treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF, and perform ultrasounds and other diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed NP with Ohio RN credentials.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical healthcare experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work independently and triage complex OB cases.
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
• Manage fertility treatments (ovulation induction, IUI, IVF).
• Perform diagnostic ultrasounds and uterine assessments.
• Triage complex OB cases and bleeding/ectopic concerns.
• Educate patients on treatments, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with providers and laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and ongoing learning.
