Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Seattle, WA is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary fertility team. This full-time, onsite position supports patients through every step of fertility care, from initial consultations to treatment planning, with a Monday through Friday schedule and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.

The ideal candidate holds an active WA RN license as a Nurse Practitioner, with at least one year of clinical experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active WA state RN license required for NP role.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and triage complex OB cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
• Manage fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform diagnostics such as ultrasounds and monitoring of treatments.
• Educate patients on treatments, medications, and care plans.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and EMR documentation.
