US Fertility is seeking a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join the Milwaukee, Wisconsin team. The role coordinates patient care, monitors treatment plans, and collaborates with physicians and staff to support patients through fertility journeys.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois inMilwaukee, Wisconsin.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time; weekend and holiday rotations
• Compensation: $72,000 to $84,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility Nurse Case Managerwill:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
• Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and specimen collection, while ensuring patient safety, accurate specimen handling, and compliance with established protocols

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, including venipuncture, specimen collection, processing, and proper specimen handling
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests
