Job summary

US Fertility, the nation’s leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, is hiring a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join Fertility Centers of Illinois in Glenview, Illinois. The role offers a weekday schedule with start times around 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time, plus weekend and holiday rotations.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $82,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will coordinate care, monitor treatment plans, communicate orders and results, and support

Qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without limitations required.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse Case Manager to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois inGlenview, Illinois.

• Schedule: Start time varies; Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time; weekend and holiday rotations.
• Compensation: $70,000 to $82,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests
