Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a nurse in a fertility practice or managerial experience in outpatient Women’s Health clinic.
• Passion for women’s health and fertility.
• Strong phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers.
• Execute onboarding and training programs for the clinical team.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and manage escalated complaints.
