Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related physical science.
• Or an Associate degree with relevant lab/manufacturing/biotech experience.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and shift schedules.
• Proven record of following SOPs and maintaining lab records.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory-scale fermentation equipment and bioreactors.
• Prepare seed cultures, media, reagents, and materials for fermentation studies.
• Collect, process, and analyze fermentation samples; record observations and data.
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality guidelines; document issues and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate across projects and shifts to ensure successful experiment execution and knowledge transfer.
