• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cellar operations including fermentation management and transfers.
• Perform sanitation processes for equipment and locations.
• Monitor fermentation metrics to ensure product quality.
• Assist in blending and packaging preparation.
