Ferman Sunshine Motors INC in Florida is seeking a detailer to clean, detail, and prep vehicles for guest delivery, showroom displays, or internal use. You will clean interiors and exteriors, inspect cleanliness, and apply wax and protectants to ensure a pristine appearance.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training is provided; HS diploma preferred, valid license preferred but not required.

Position Summary

The Service Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing guest and dealership vehicles to meet high-quality appearance standards. This role supports the service department by ensuring vehicles are properly cleaned, inspected, and ready for guest delivery, showroom display, or internal use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, and detail interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Clean and polish vehicle surfaces, including windows, wheels, and trim.
• Apply wax, protectants, and other detailing products as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and ensure quality standards are met before delivery.
• Remove debris, stickers, and protective materials from vehicles.
• Move and position vehicles safely within dealership property.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail area and equipment.
• Restock supplies and report low inventory or equipment issues.
• Identify and report any visible vehicle damage or concerns.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and proper use of chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with additional service or dealership tasks as assigned.

Work Environment

Work is performed in dealership detail bays, service areas, and outdoor lots with exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and varying weather conditions in a fast-paced setting.
