Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory counseling and litigation support on FERC matters.
• Draft memos, pleadings, motions, and briefs for regulatory proceedings.
• Collaborate with teams of attorneys on energy regulatory matters.
• Apply analytical, strategic thinking to complex federal energy issues.
