Responsibilities

• Performs broad and moderately complex legal assignments in the area of FERC regulations and policies.
• Assists more experienced attorneys in representing Exelon in agency proceedings and/or relevant litigation.
• Advise clients with respect to all legal and FERC compliance matters.
• Develops an understanding of each assigned client’s business and business philosophy.
