Job summary

Exelon is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) practice in Baltimore, MD. You will provide full legal services, including research and briefs, under supervision, and support agency proceedings and related litigation.

You must have a JD or LLB from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice, and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience, with strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• JD or LLB from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad and moderately complex legal assignments in the area of FERC regulations and policies.
• Assist more experienced attorneys in representing Exelon in agency proceedings and related litigation.
• Advise clients on FERC compliance matters and understand client business needs.
