Job summary

Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, NY is seeking a FERC Coordinator to manage insurance coordination for long term care admissions. This role verifies eligibility, obtains authorizations, and identifies patient financial responsibility to support timely admissions and accurate billing.

• Performs registration in RRH Billing System along with matching registration in Long Term Care Billing System
• Works closely with billing department on insurance denials and trends
• Performs other duties as assigned to improve financial performance for long term care

Some roles may require flexible hours, TB screening, or a valid driver’s license.
