Ideal candidates are dependable, comfortable around trucks and equipment, and able to learn fencing materials. Responsibilities include preparing daily material loads, moving materials with a forklift or Bobcat, coordinating with field

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Experience driving with trailers.
• Good basic math skills and ability to count materials.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle fencing materials.
• Comfortable around trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Self-starter who can work independently after direction.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily material loads for fencing crews.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Organize fencing materials and keep the yard clean.
• Learn fencing parts and construction materials.
• Use a forklift and Bobcat to move loads.
• Check loads for accuracy before departure.
• Make deliveries and material pickups as needed.
• Move materials efficiently in and out of the yard.
• Coordinate daily material needs with field crews.
