Job summary

All 5's Construction seeks an Assistant Superintendent - Fencing to support the Superintendent in delivering safe, high-quality fencing work on projects in progress. You will coordinate crews, areas, materials, and inspections while maintaining field records and elevating risks to protect safety, quality, and schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial construction or fencing field experience.
• Experience coordinating fencing crews, materials, layouts, inspections, or defined work areas.
• Ability to read fencing plans, specifications, schedules, submittals, details, and RFIs.
• Bachelor's degree in CM or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred or required within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and enforce project requirements; elevate unsafe conditions.
• Verify layouts, documents, materials, installation methods, inspections, and corrections.
• Coordinate temporary and permanent fencing, including gates and windscreen systems.
• Support design by documenting field conditions, interfaces, wind-loading, and submittals.
• Develop input for installation sequences and look-ahead schedules.
