Fencing Project Lead, Field Superintendent

Job summary

ALL 5'S is seeking an Assistant Superintendent - Fencing to support the Superintendent in delivering safe, high-quality fencing work on temporary and permanent projects. You will coordinate assigned crews, ensure safety, and help manage inspections, materials, and schedules on-site.

Responsibilities include maintaining field documentation, elevating risks when needed, and coordinating with foremen and sub-contractors to meet client commitments and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in commercial construction or fencing with progressive responsibility.
• Experience coordinating fencing crews, layouts, equipment, inspections.
• Ability to read fencing plans, specifications, RFIs and submittals.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent field experience may be considered.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred or required within a timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture, enforce project requirements, elevate unsafe conditions.
• Verify layouts, documents, materials, installation methods, inspections, deficiencies.
• Coordinate temporary and permanent fencing, windscreens, gates, and enclosures.
• Support design by documenting field conditions, wind-loading, and submittals.
• Develop installation sequences and three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate crews, monitor production, staffing, and material use.
• Maintain field reports, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and changes.
• Communicate expectations and provide field direction to crews and partners.
