Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC seeks a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked appointments weekly, measure properties, and write quotes on-site. You’ll work in the field with homeowners, using our pricing tools on a laptop or tablet to build accurate quotes and educate customers on materials and install steps.

You’ll rely on provided leads, maintain strong communication, and pursue a monthly closing target.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in door-to-door or inside/outside sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read property surveys and measure spaces accurately.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties and identify scope accurately.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until decision is made.
• Handover signed projects to project manager with clear notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and participate in ramped training.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area
