Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Fence Installer to join our dynamic outdoor operations team. You will install and dismantle temporary fencing at customer sites using power and hand tools, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform heavy outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to read and complete basic job paperwork and checklists.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with field leads.
• Dependable transportation to reach job sites daily.
• Bonus: valid driver’s license and forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, maintain, and dismantle temporary fencing at customer sites.
• Accurately complete essential job paperwork (JHAs, site checklists, logs).
• Coordinate with Lead Fence Technicians and Ops Managers to reach sites.
• Maintain a hazard-free workspace and vehicle, upholding safety standards.
• Represent the company professionally with a customer-first mindset.
