Fence & Deck Depot in O’Fallon, IL is seeking a Fence Installation Laborer to join field crews. This full-time outdoor role focuses on installing wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fences for residential and commercial projects, with local travel to St. Louis area sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform outdoor work daily.
• Comfortable lifting 50–80 lbs and being on your feet.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; no prior fence experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fences.
• Dig post holes, set posts, and secure panels and rails.
• Load and unload materials and tools; measure and prepare job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; support lead installers.
