Job summary

Star Sanitation is seeking a field supervisor to lead fence installation teams across customer sites and branch locations. You will supervise installers, coordinate on-site builds, and assist with deliveries, timekeeping, and new-hire onboarding.

A Forklift certification and valid DOT-class license (A/B or C) are required, with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience. Flexible shifts during peak seasons, strong customer service, and safety compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of fence installers in the field.
• Coordinate fabrication, loading, transport, and onsite installation of fence systems.
• Serve as point of contact at branch site or customer locations and provide admin support.
• Assist with timecard verification and onboarding of new hires for Fence support.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and DOT regulations met.
• Assist forklift operations and handling of materials as needed.
