Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Lead Fence Technician to coordinate the Fence department, supervise crews, and ensure high-quality installations and repairs at job sites. You will estimate costs, manage materials, and enforce safety standards across projects.

Ideal candidates bring two years of driving and general labor experience, a CDL Class C, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This full-time, on-site role includes comprehensive benefits across locations in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Two years of general labor experience.
• CDL Class C license.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Fence Technicians, Helpers, and Associates; participate as needed.
• Estimate time and material costs for fence jobs and maintain cost records.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and supervise work assignments.
• Train fence department personnel on procedures and safety rules.
• Record personnel, production, and operational data each shift.
• Escort loads, verify tools and materials, and ensure job specifications are met.
• Operate fence vehicle to pre-designated work sites.
