Job summary

Bill's Fence Company Inc. is seeking a full-time fence installer to join our in-person team in Arkansas/Texas. The role includes installing wood, vinyl, and chain-link fences, measuring layouts, digging posts, and setting them in concrete.

Training will be provided for those who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn. Typical hours are 40–50 per week with a 1099 contract and potential for overtime, bonus opportunities, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting ability.
• Experience with concrete finishing and forming for post installation.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques for building sturdy foundations.
• Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, drills).
• Carpentry skills for cutting and fitting fence materials.
• Familiarity with hardscape installation and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities
