Job summary

Bill's Fence Company Inc. is hiring for a full-time Fence Installer/Welder. The role requires 3+ years of experience in diverse fence projects and verified welding skills (stick and MIG) for steel, aluminum, and stainless components.

A welding proficiency test is required, along with a clean background and a valid driver’s license. The position is based in Arkansas/Texas with a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri) in a warehouse setting, offering 401(k), 401(k) matching, health and vision insurance, and

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in all types of fence projects (i.e. ornamental and custom iron, chain link, prefabricated iron and aluminum).
• Verifiable experience with stick or MIG welding of steel and MIG welding of aluminum and stainless steel.
• Must pass a welding proficiency test.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial and residential fences per project specs.
• Weld components to required specifications (steel, aluminum, stainless).
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen; maintain valid driver’s license.
