Job summary

Artisan Exteriors LLC in Washington state is seeking a Fence & Deck Helper to join our installation crews. The ideal candidate has at least one year of construction experience and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

You will assist with fence and deck installations, load and organize materials, use hand and power tools, and help keep work sites safe and productive. This role offers growth into lead installer positions for dependable team players.

Qualifications

• One year of construction experience or more.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow directions from the crew lead while maintaining productivity throughout the day.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.
