The Student Ministries Program Facilitator serves alongside the Student Ministries Director in the discipleship and care of Old Cutler Presbyterian Church’s ministry to 6th–12th grade students. This role supports the vision, leadership, and ministry direction established by the Student Ministries Director and the Session of OCPC, with particular attention given to mentoring and discipling students, especially young women. The Student Ministries Program Facilitator plays an important role in the spiritual nurture of students by cultivating relationships, supporting ministry programming, assisting with discipleship efforts, and helping foster a Christ-centered ministry culture.
