Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training with a flexible schedule. You’ll design personalized programs, reassess progress using our app, and coach clients who want convenience and results.

Nationally recognized certification and CPR/AED are required, you must be willing to travel between sessions, and you’ll join a nationwide network with growth opportunities and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using mobile/web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion
