GYMGUYZ Virginia Beach is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver personalized in-home and on-site training designed for clients who want mobility and results. You’ll use our app to craft programs, re‑assess progress, and manage your own schedule as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Familiar with mobile and web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app to track progress.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, monitor results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every session.
