Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site personal training across clients' homes and offices. You’ll design programs, reassess progress, and manage your own schedule with the Mindbody/Trainerize apps.

Nationally recognized certification and CPR/AED are required, with travel between sessions and a flexible, full-time schedule. Competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and opportunities to grow into Master Trainer roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Proficient with fitness apps and scheduling tools (Mindbody, Trainerize)

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
