GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver in-home and on-site training with a flexible schedule. You’ll design personalized programs, reassess client progress, and manage your own calendar using the GYMGUYZ App. Expect performance-based growth and ongoing development.

The role emphasizes client coaching, autonomy, and a nationwide support network, with opportunities to advance to Master Trainer and leadership roles. CPR/AED certification and a traveling mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
