GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy in-home and on-site training across client locations. You’ll design personalized programs using our app, perform reassessments, and manage scheduling while motivating clients to hit their goals.

Candidates should hold a nationally recognized PT certification, CPR/AED, and be willing to travel. Enjoy flexible hours, growth potential, and a supportive team in a mobile training environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Proficiency with mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values in every session.
