GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. You will design custom programs, conduct reassessments, and manage a flexible schedule across various client sites while advancing within a nationwide network of pros.

This role offers performance pay, development opportunities, and a growth path into leadership as you demonstrate drive and client results.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions.
• Embraces using mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion.
