GYMGUYZ Virginia Beach VA is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to provide in-home and on-site fitness training with flexible scheduling. Earn $28–$35 per hour plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities. Training uses Mindbody and Trainerize apps, with onboarding and ongoing development offered.

Travel to client locations is required, supported by a nationwide network. Ideal candidates hold a recognized CPT certification and CPR/AED, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Experience using mobile apps to manage sessions and client notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training sessions with high energy.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Conduct reassessments and track client progress.
