GYMGUYZ is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist who delivers high-energy, in-home or on-site training sessions across homes, offices, and organizations. You will design personalized programs, reassess progress, and stay organized with our mobile app ecosystem.

The role requires NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM certification and CPR/AED, plus a passion for coaching, reliability in travel, and strong communication. Training with Mindbody & Trainerize is part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Willingness to travel between sessions and manage mobile/work-from-home tools.

• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
• Willingness to successfully complete a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring and onboarding process
