Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide in-home and on-site training across homes, offices, and organizations in the United States. Earn $25–$30 per hour with performance bonuses and growth opportunities, with flexible, part-time to full-time scheduling.

You will design personalized plans, track progress via our app, and advance toward Master Trainer and leadership roles while enjoying onboarding and ongoing development support.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Embraces using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app.
• Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
