Job summary

GYMGUYZ Northern Virginia & Bethesda is seeking a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site training across the DC metro area. Earn $30–$40 per hour with performance bonuses, and enjoy a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time while building your client base.

You’ll design personalized workouts using our app, conduct re-evaluations, manage your calendar, and grow into leadership roles within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification required; reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with using mobile/web apps (Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions and client notes.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
