Job summary

A & N Healing Hearts is seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to support an older adult in Bronzeville, Chicago (60653). You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and a safe, supportive environment under nurse-led supervision, with weekend hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (Home Care, CNA, or related field preferred).
• Valid ID and ability to pass background check & drug screening.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, etc.).
• Assist with medication reminders and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or office.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.
• Follow client care plans and uphold agency policies and professional standards.
