Job summary

LBAPS in Queens, NY is hiring a bilingual (Bengali/English) Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a 9-year-old boy in his home. This in-home, in-person role requires active RBT certification and comfort with data collection under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver ABA therapy, implement the behavior intervention plan, support communication, social and daily living skills, and maintain clean data each session. Schedule: evenings and weekends 28 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with hands-on experience in running a full ABA program
• Experience working with children, with patience, energy, and engaging presence

Active RBT certification with real hands-on experience - someone who has run a full program and can walk into a home steady from day one. Experience working with children, patience, energy, and the kind of presence that holds a child's attention through a long session. Comfort with data collection and working under BCBA supervision.
