Job summary

MetaPhase Consulting is seeking a programmatic support consultant with 3+ years' work experience (including 1+ years in government consulting) to assist FEMA clients in the Grant Programs Directorate. You will provide support for preparedness grants and grant program management.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client engagement, and the creation of briefing materials, training materials, and reports while ensuring policy compliance and effective knowledge management within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience; at least 1 year in government consulting
• Familiarity with logic model and performance evaluation methodologies
• Client engagement skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Experience creating briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent oral and written communication; technical writing a plus
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently

Responsibilities

• Develop program performance review information for grant programs
• Define project workflows, manage resources and priorities
• Engage with clients to identify challenges and propose solutions
• Direct and oversee work of team members and subcontractors
• Gather technical/background info for project documentation
• Create and format content and reports according to client style
• Maintain knowledge of FEMA program policies and compliance requirements
