Connected Logistics is seeking an Application Developer to join our Information Technology Support Services team in support of FEMA at the NETC in Emmitsburg, Maryland. You will design and develop scalable software applications, translate user requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver reliable solutions.

• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and SSMS.

Connected Logistics is seeking an Application Developer to add to our Information Technology Support Services team in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and resolve software defects.
• Maintain and improve existing applications.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Implement security best practices in application development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Other duties may be reqired to perform as needed.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Onsite Emmitsburg, Maryland.
• FEMA Public Trust or T4 Public Trust.
• Must be able to write SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including jQuery, jQuery plug-ins, and various other 3rd party JavaScript libraries), Must be capable of writing client and web-based applications using Classic ASP, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, .NET, C#, and Microsoft Access.
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.

This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
