Job summary

Essity is seeking a dedicated team member for the Fem Care packaging area on the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM) in Dover, DE. You will support multiple FemCare processes, handle packaging, webbing grinding, and related equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

You will work with a team to ensure smooth production, monitor changeovers, and keep accurate production and quality records. Overtime and alternate schedules may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.
• Ability to work third shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack, transport and scan shippers to the area.
• Monitor changeovers to scan off shippers.
• Fill packaging robots with shippers as needed.
• Change tape into case packers as needed.
• Clear jams and monitor printers.
• Feed Webbing grinder with rework material.
• Maintain material usage and product yields.
• Complete required in-process inspections.
• Operate pallet jack for material movement.

Responsible for ensuring that the main packaging area is operational as it relates to materials and all related equipment. Responsible for operations of Webbing Regrind equipment, and cleanliness of the FemCare area. Ensures safety, quality, production, and scrap standards meet operational objectives , and maintains a safe work environment .What You Will DoPackTransport and scan shippers to the area .Monitor changeovers to scan off shippers.Fill packaging robots with shippers as needed.Change pesters bundling film as needed.Change tape into case packers as needed.Clear jams and monitor generic printers .WebbingFeeds Webbing grinder with the rework fiber/cotton material.Maintains strict control of all raw material usages, and product yields.Complete required in process inspection per the area requirements.Monitors grinder operation to ensure all operating parameters are maintained .Required to utilize manual or automated pallet jack for material/product movement.Supplies Production lines with necessary raw materials.Maintains production, batch, and quality records as required .UtilityMaintain cleaning supplies in dedicated areas .Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials.Respond to Filter house alarm and clean accordingly.Place correct recycling material in designated areas .Maintains work area in accordance with 5S standards.GeneralMust consistently meet prescribed safety, quality, production, and efficiency standards.Communicates process/mechanical abnormalities to Team Leader & Supervisor to facilitate corrections in a timely manner .
