Qualifications

• BE/BC fellowship-trained abdominal transplant surgeon.
• Texas medical license required or eligible.
• Board certification in relevant transplant surgery.

Responsibilities

• Lead abdominal transplant procedures and mentor the surgical team.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to optimize patient care.
• Educate residents and medical students on-site.
• Maintain high-quality, safe patient care within an award-winning system.

Skills

Abdominal transplant surgery

HPB surgery experience

Liver/pancreas transplant familiarity

Education

Medical degree (MD/DO)

Texas medical license

Board certification in ABMS transplant surgery
