Job summary

Students for Life of America seeks a Leadership Programs Coordinator to build, equip, and multiply the organization’s top student leaders. You will mentor fellows, shape syllabi, coordinate speakers, and manage program logistics for the National Leaders Collective and related initiatives.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, program development, and a track record of organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and editing skills; grammar accuracy (Oxford comma).
• Experience in marketing, communications, or legislative affairs is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with applications, selection, and marketing for leadership programs.
• Organize and execute kickoff events and travel logistics for leadership initiatives.
• Mentor fellows and develop program syllabi; communicate with speakers and mentors.
• Maintain regular outreach to Fellows via Slack, updates, and calls; share opportunities.
• Evaluate programs annually for goals, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
