Job summary

Students for Life is seeking a Campus Formation Coordinator based in Milwaukee to expand campus involvement across multiple states. You will start new student groups, turn inactive groups into strong units, and substitute for Regional Coordinators when needed.

Expect 3–4 travel days per week and a mix of on-campus and remote work. The role requires proactive outreach, event tabling, trainings, and mentoring to build sustainable pro-life networks.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Experience building and mentoring student groups is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting and leading trainings at events.

Responsibilities

• Expand the reach of Students for Life by starting new groups at schools and colleges.
• Travel 3–4 days per week to regional campuses (WI, IL, ND, SD) and manage schedule logistics.
• Provide materials, guidance, and trainings to group leaders and student organizers.
• Collaborate with the Development Team on fundraising efforts and outreach.
