Job summary

Students for Life is seeking a Campus Formation Coordinator to expand pro-life presence by starting new campus groups and revitalizing inactive ones across campuses within the region. The role includes frequent travel (3–4 days a week) and on-site work at SFLA HQ on non-travel days.

The ideal candidate will manage outreach, schedule trainings, and mentor student leaders while coordinating with Regional Coordinators to meet annual metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple targets.

Responsibilities

• Expand Student for Life groups at campuses including schools and colleges.
• Start new groups and turn inactive groups into active ones.
• Travel 3–4 days per week and work from SFLA HQ on non-travel days.
• Provide trainings and mentorship to group leaders and coordinate with RCs.
